Everyday we face a challenge or many challenges even. Today’s challenge for me…. To stay on track with my nutrition when I have little (almost no) control of my day. I’m a very scheduled / planned eater so this throws me for a loop. So what do I do? Plan for it! What I need for the day is in my bag - quick, easy, healthy snacks that I can eat anywhere.
